The Choctaw Tribal School District consists of eight schools. There are six elementary schools, one middle school, and one high school. The district is located in central Mississippi and covers the counties of Neshoba, Leake, and Newton. The schools are operated as a division of the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians and is considered a non-public school.  Students attending must be 1/4 Native American.
